The location was good. The facility is clean

Price point is good. Location not bad. Walking distance for most things (for a European or someone who walks regularly) Free parking on Sat and Sun directly outside the building

This stay was a great value, and met our expectations as such. Definitely a big feature is super easy public transport accessdirectly across the street from the T and a bus stop, and rental bikes were also nearby. The room was quite clean, and the bathrooms weren't in bad shapethere were two bathrooms next to each other, both directly by our room, and we didn't encounter anybody else when we needed to use one (and there's bathrooms on other floors if needed, too). Communal kitchen was fine, there were people cooking or eating when we popped up to use the fridge or microwave. Noise and temperature weren't an issue when we stayed, though it on weeknights in May, so YMMV. The cleaning staff we met were also super friendly.

clean new facilities designed as class 3 facilities if you can live with common facilities like bathroom, living room etc. Across the street from the Broadway train red line!

Incredibly clean, very central, bed was comfortable and pretty cheap for being Boston.
