The boat departs from Rowes Wharf, directly behind the Boston Harbor Hotel, located at (for GPS) 400 Atlantic Avenue, Boston (02110). Check-in at Rowes Wharf is located in the Ferry Terminal, a climate controlled public space, located on the wharf only steps away from our dock.

• Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to check-in at the ticket booth located at Rowes Wharf directly behind the Boston Harbor Hotel at the ferry terminal.
• Bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation
• There's no need to print anything prior to check-in at the meeting point.
• Boarding passes are issued at check-in
• Boarding begins promptly 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
• Not wheelchair accessible. Please contact the operator directly if assistance is needed for boarding
• Dress for the weather - it's often cooler on the water
